More East C.A.N. Adoptable Pups! {Nashville Dog Photographer}

Last week I shared four sweet pups who are looking for their forever homes through East C.A.N. and this week I have four more for you! If you'd like to meet any of these great dogs please contact East C.A.N. through the link above! Let's cut to the cuteness - don't you think? :)

First is Griswold. He is a happy, medium sized lab mix and very funny. His favorite activity? Trying to catch bubbles!

Meet Sunny - she is new to the East C.A.N. fold! She loved being outside with us and really loves her new foster mom (even though she'd only been with her a few days)!

And let's talk about little Oliver! He's about 6 months old now. We actually had his brother, Blue, for a weekend while his foster was out of town and they look just alike! Both pups are still looking for forever homes.

Last, but certainly not least, is Babe. Babe is an older gal & is mostly boxer. She is currently in a foster home with a lady who pet sits - so she's been around lots of other dogs. Babe was just awesome during her session, mostly following me around for her photos, and just wants a place to call her own!

New East C.A.N. adoptable dogs! {Nashville Dog Photographer}

Last week I had SUCH a fun afternoon meeting and photographing the newest bunch of East C.A.N. dogs - all of whom are anxious to get into their forever homes. So many dogs in fact, that this will be a two part blog and you will see the rest of them next week! Of course I fell in love at least a couple times and I think you will too.

Again, some of them are very new, so they are not all on the website just yet - still totally fine to email about them! This dog looks like a cartoon character, in the most gorgeous way! Meet Lady, a medium sized shepard mix, and let me just tell you she was super sweet, eager to please and happy!

If we had room she MIGHT have come home with me.

Next up meet sweet little yellow lab mix - Pete! Pete is about 4 months old and is just fabulous! Pete loves his older foster brother! We got him hanging in the hammock, playing in a kiddie pool and just being awesome!

And now....meet BRUTUS! Okay, seriously, Brutus might have been the best sitter of the bunch the day of these shoots. Super handsome!

And last for this week - cute little Gretchen! East C.A.N. very rarely gets dogs that are small, so I'm sure Gretchen won't be available for too long! She doesn't bark (seriously) and has the cutest giant ears.

One day in her foster home and she already had quite an attachment to her foster dad too!

Kayla and Derek's Winery Wedding in Goodlettsville Tennesee!

Kayla & Derek just may be two of the sweetest, most laid back people ever! I got to meet them and their first fur-child, Murdock, while doing a family session with them, and Kayla's twin sister & husband (and pups) this past year. I was so excited to get to work with them again for their wedding (and meet their second fur-baby Ella!) They are both pastry chefs and met while working at the Hermitage Hotel - they made all the gorgeous and delicious macarons they used as favors at the wedding!

Kayla got ready at the Hermitage Hotel, so I met the gals there while my second shooter Carissa (thank you for all your great shots!) met the guys at their home. I finally got an opportunity to photograph someone in the famous men's restroom there-so fun! Kayla was such a classic, gorgeous bride, and I LOVED her birdcage veil - it was perfect on her. The bridesmaids (who could not stop tearing up when they looked at the bride) all wore individually chosen, off white, short dresses complete with cowboy boots - just like our bride!

We did the couple's first look across the street from the winery and I loved the open grassy field there for some of my favorite portraits of the bride and groom. I think Derek was pretty happy when he saw his bride for the first time! The couple also included their pups in a few of the wedding photos- which I always recommend, they are part of the family too! :)

The wedding ceremony was at the lovely Long Hollow Winery in Goodlettsville, TN. The couple had the ceremony in a open area with the reception under a newly constructed open pavilion! The reception included a fabulous photo booth and of course there was wine from the Long Hollow Winery, great food by the Hermitage Hotel, and beer from our local Yazoo brewery.

And now the best part - tons of gorgeousness from their wedding day!
